Move, be in stillness, listen, share and heal with a group of change-making women as we bring together a unique blend of a mind, body and soul experience.\nReduce your stress and anxiety, improve your sleep, create a deep sense of wellbeing, and promote healing that goes well beyond simple relaxation with this powerful experience.\nSound Therapy, Yoga, mindfulness/meditation and female-empowerment dance will be shared during this 3 hour workshop.\nSnacks and beverages with be provided.  Yoga mat, blanket or towel suggested. \n
