Full Body Hitt

This class encompasses weighted and body weight exercises to gain muscle, while achieving cardiovascular endurance. This class targets all muscle groups by engaging in dynamic and isometric movements. The workouts will be done with high intensity and high energy. It is designed to promote strength, cardiovascular endurance, lean muscle growth, and excess fat loss.

Boxing HIIT
An intense boxing fitness class structured in nine (three minute rounds) that include an intense cardio warmup, boxing with intervals of bodyweight exercises, and of course, core work. All the rounds are extremely challenging and are sure to leave you drenched in sweat from head to toe.
Hit Core

A hybrid of strength and cardio conditioning focusing on core .
You can also expect fun challenging obstacles and team based routines. Lots of core exercises!

YOGALATES

Yogalates is a Pilates-yoga fusion class. It combines the mind-clearing benefits of yoga and the toning power of Pilates. Pilates-yoga fusion is a great workout to build muscle and stamina, and it teaches focus and relaxation. Kelly’s classes begin with muscle-toning Pilates and end with yoga, stretching and meditation.
