GROUP SESSIONS

Small group training presents the opportunity for people to experience the benefits of the creativity and motivation of a trainer while lowering the financial entry point.
It is the “sweet spot” of keeping the fitness experience large enough to be a fun, interactive experience while small enough to maintain focus on quality. 

Semi-Private Training

Semi-private personal training means that you and up to 4 people can benefit from the expertise of a certified personal trainer at a lower cost than one-on-one personal training. Your personal trainer will guide you through a program designed to maximize each of your individual results.

1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Our Personal Trainers teach their clients how to properly workout and follow workout plans to target different areas of the body. We measure client success and make adjustments in their methods to overcome obstacles and motivate their clients to develop healthy habits. We provide the perfect blend of motivation, program design and accountability. 

ONLINE COACHING

Online coaching takes place over the internet or our GeeFit Mobile app.
Your online fitness coach will schedule occasional check-ins with you. Check-ins can take place over text, email, phone call, or video conferencing services. You will discuss your advancements, obstacles and ways to improve. Ask your online personal trainer any questions that you have about your workouts or nutrition program.

SPORTS NUTRITION

Our Sports nutritionists work with athletes and others involved in sports to develop a dietary plan that helps them optimize their performance. They focus on a diet that allows an athlete to perform, heal and repair or build muscles, depending on each athlete’s goals.
Athletes we commonly work with: Bikini Competitors, Body Builders , Volleyball, Foot Ball, Swimmers, Baseball, Dancers.
